Art on 9th

The Exhibition

Art on 9th is not your typical gallery. We’re a new concept venue designed to showcase the work of artists looking for an exceptional space to temporarily exhibit and sell their work.  The Collection is the main exhibit area at Art on 9th. We invite eight artists to join our showcase for a 8 weeks. Two months later, we strike that exhibit and bring in eight new artists to create something completely new. The Collection is always changing.

During ArtWalk, the exhibit in the Collection will include works from Calgary artists, Barb Burgess, Dawn Thrasher, Lorraine Whellams, Mary Ann Hews, Stephanie Hoogveld, Susan Greenbank, Tammy Fischer and Virgini Senden. The Salon is the feature exhibit area at Art on 9th. During Artwalk, we will be presenting an exhibit called “Heaven and Earth” by Calgary artist, Judy Ueda.
